Windows flagged the setup file as a trojan horse.

Just downloaded to give this a whirl, and I'm having all sorts of problems. After running the installation, the location above Sanctuary was there. Or most of it was. Lots of floating  ammo boxes, items, an inaccessible hatch, a tree going through the cabin porch that does not look intentional (doesn't exist in the image), and I did find an invisible 9mm pistol and equip it. I also kicked an invisible assault carbine somewhere while looking around. I can find no key or holotape of any kind for the vertibird, and interacting with the vertibird says "Fly to Prydwen" and immediately crashes the game after briefly flashing "Mojave Wasteland."

Currently retrying the installation. My guess is something is screwing up during the process but isn't obvious to me as I go through it. I never saw anything concerning the first time, like any problems extracting textures (it all appeared to be successful). All requirements are met, like having the dlcs and whatnot. Windows didn't complain about anything or have any false positives, so antivirus shouldn't be interfering. I followed the instructions as precisely as I possibly can. So while I try and find what the issue is, I might as well leave this here in case someone knows what the problem might be.

Can't get installation to start. Tried redownloading and unzipping multiple times. One time got a virus alert.
