The setup keeps failing. Says it can't locate falloutnv.esm in folder fallout4

hey first time downloading the newest version, sorry if its been adressed but i couldnt find any answers in the comments
clothing is missing on basically every npc, theres no dialogue or subtitles and no ambient sounds or music, some people t pose and glitch out, and everyone is a red head man or red haired girl model that looks the same. did i install something wrong, am i missing something like redist or something else to get this to work, or is this simply the status of the project at this point in time? Thanks for taking the time to reply, im sure youre working your ass off and have alot on your plate! :] 

Is there a discord for support?

I got everything to work, however in-game Doc Mitchel and all other NPC's are drones with no language files. The quest interaction is "joke" "positive" "negative" "neutral", and you're trapped in a dialogue with all options. You have quickload to get out.

I'm having the same issues as the last two folks. Was wondering if there's any fix. Appreciate all the hard work y'all have put into this mod!

Also, just wanted to mention that none of the social media links at the bottom are working on the website. They unfortunately just take you back to the top of the page :(
