Interest In Settlement Tutorial

Hey guys I'm currently looking for a tutorial for making or editing settlements. I'm playing FAE and I just want to build another settlement somewhere specific in Fallout New Vegas but the tutorial I tried already didn't work and it was a bit frustrating.

If someone could please direct me to the best tutorial it would be much appreciated! I've tried everything I could think of at this point!

I'd also be interested in a tutorial like this. If someone makes this I will also contribute a tutorial in my spare time. I've never done anything major in CK except for like custom armors and weapons. I'd be willing to make a tutorial for porting assets or something since that's mostly what I do.
